Academic training involves the appropriation and embodiment of ways of thinking, reading and understanding. Education is not only an individual making activity; it is a nation building activity also. There is a need to train teachers in the use of technology and other teaching aids so that they are competent in taking classes . It is my requisite journey of almost 30 years in higher education to produce the thoughts and depths for education on this planet and thereof.
