The bell measures 16.6 cm round the base and stands 14cm tall when complete. This bell is made around a 16cm hollow Polystyrene bell. 16cm  Bell Tree with Tinsel pattern PB1205  is a full set of instructions, This Bell is made using the laces weaving method.
